Barrier Island Kitesurfing offers guided tours to some of the Outer Banks finest spots. We can accommodate riders of all levels with a tour designed just for you. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran with a kite, we will make sure your Outer Banks kitesurfing adventure is a good one!

Downwinders for Beginners
( $200/ up to 2.5 hrs.)

Explore the Outer Banks on a classic downwinder with complete confidence! This downwinder is designed for those that can get up on the board and ride and are ready to take their riding to the next level. Downwinders are a great way to learn the fundamentals of kiting in a short amount of time. We provide PWC support and private coaching while you continue your progression. We will be by your side ready to help you the entire way.

Downwinders for Intermediate/Advanced Riders
( $125/hr. - $35 for each additional person )

Get the VIP treatment with a guided tour. We provide full support for your kiting adventure. This tour can accommodate up to 7 people. We take you there ,guide you, pick you up and take you back to your dwelling. Snacks and fluids are provided before and after your journey.
